[More details provided as they are revealed.]
The Mass. State Convention (MSC) was launched ~ 1963 with a decision by Area 30 (eastern MA) and Area 31 (western MA) to host a state-wide A.A. convention.

A convention program was developed by Area 30 and 31, with Al-Anon participation. Now 60 years later, the MSC is conducted essentially in the same way.

The 60th convention will be held November 8-10, at the Best Western Royal Plaza in Marlboro. Please join us!

MSC Planning Committee

When Areas 30 and 31 decided to host a state-wide convention, a joint planning committee was formed to develop a program and manage the event. Additionally, MSC planning committee members:

  • Organize and do outreach at AA events.
  • Publish information to help attendees.
  • Interact with AA groups and committees.
  • Form connections throughout the fellowship.
  • Meet bimonthly to share updates and plans.
